If you would like to make a complaint of any kind or report cheating, collusion, or the suspected use of any bots, you may do so by sending an emailed complaint to the Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Royal Panda will immediately inquire into the complaint and you will receive a reply to your complaint within 10 days, unless external factors cause grounds for any delay. Depending on the nature of the complaint, the Customer Support Agent may need to escalate the complaint internally. This internal escalation is solely at Royal Panda discretion and may differ on a case by case basis as not every case will be the same.
Royal Panda may extend the deadline to reply by a further 10 days where such extension is necessary in order to fully assist you regarding the complaint. In these cases where Royal Panda needs to extend this deadline, you will be informed of this extension within the original 10-day period.
