The advantage of this is it means customers do not need to manually provide documents, saving time and stress and we receive 12-months of data aiding Source of Income verification.

With Kreditz you can easily provide your financial information in a fast and secure way.
This is made possible by the EU directive PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2) which allows you as a consumer, upon your explicit consent, to share your bank data with LeoVegas, to gain access to products and services where we need to know more about your financial position as required by our gambling licence. 

The verification is completely digital and you identify yourself in the same way as when you log in to your bank. Once your approval has been granted we will receive your bank statements from the bank or banks you selected from the past 12-months.

How it works:
You as a player receive an email from us at LeoVegas where we ask you to verify your financial information via our partner Kreditz.

From here, it´s simple!

1) Select your primary bank (one or multiple if you use more than one bank).
2) Authenticate towards your bank(s) with your bank credentials via Kreditz AISP-provider*
3) After a successful connection you will see a ‘thank you page’ confirming that the process is complete.

We will then let you know the outcome of the investigation

*Kreditz has connections to several AISP-providers who carry out the actual data collection.
