Confirmation of receipt: Our system automatically reviews your documents and confirms receipt via email or SMS within 30 minutes (often much faster). This notification confirms we have your documents; the approval process comes at a later stage.
Verification process: Our trained agents will carefully review your documents to ensure they're valid and complete. This process usually takes up to 3 business days.

What about the result of my verification?
Successful verification: You'll receive a separate email confirming that your documents have been successfully verified.
Unsuccessful or more information required: If we need anything else, a member of our Support Team will contact you. You can also reach out to us directly via live chat for a quicker response.
