Why are we closing?
From time to time, we carry out strategic reviews of our operations which sometimes results in changes to how we operate or revisions to the services we provide. Following our latest review, Royal Panda has made the strategic decision to cease operations in Alberta.
Your Royal Panda account will be closed on July 9, 2026. After this date, you will no longer have access to the platform.
What's next for you if you have an account balance
- Login into your account and withdraw to your last deposit method
- If your gaming account was never verified, a copy of your ID (Front and Back) and a proof of address (not more than 6 months old) must be provided.
- For the time being, if any of your bets are still pending, they will be cancelled and the money will be credited back to your account. Your unused bonuses will also be voided.
We truly regret any inconvenience this may cause you and we are grateful that you have been a loyal customer on our site. Rest assured that any funds you hold with us remain safe and we kindly request you to withdraw your remaining funds (if any) before the 9th of July 2026
What happens if I have funds in my account after the closing date?
If you have a remaining balance after July 9, 2026, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. Please note that, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, inactivity fees may be applied to accounts with unclaimed funds after a period of 12 months, in line with our T&Cs.
Can I still place bets or deposit funds?
We will be disabling the ability to make deposits on July 2, 2026. We recommend wrapping up any active gameplay before this date to ensure a smooth transition.

All personal data processed by us will be handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy, our Data Retention Policy and all applicable data protection laws.
