To comply with our license, Royal Panda occasionally needs to verify your source of funds to ensure they are coming from legal means. Please read our privacy policy and terms and conditions for further information on how we deal with your personal information as securely as possible.

These are some of the documents that are required when requested:

*Supporting evidence needed: bank statement showing the award of funds from the identifiable source.

When photographing documents, please ensure the photo is clear, the document is not obscured or covered, and all four corners of the document are visible. The resolution should be high enough to zoom in to read all the details. We recommend quickly checking the photograph of your document before sending it to us to check that it meets the above criteria.

Here are some tips on how to photograph documents:

• Place the document on a dark background.
• Use natural lighting and do not use a flash.
• Ensure the entire document is visible in the photo.

To speed up the verification process, please log in to your Royal Panda account and upload the files in the ‘My account’ section. Please bear in mind that our system is unable to accept files bigger than 10MB.
