There are several ways in which players can help reduce or stop their gambling. If you wish to reduce the amount of time or money you are spending on gambling, you can set various limits on your account to assist you. Find out more in our section about setting limits.
You can also learn more about other ways to help combat gambling addiction in our ‘Where can I get help?’ section, it offers information on filtering software (that blocks access to gambling websites), local help organizations, and further assistance.
If you have tried setting limits on your account and are still concerned about your gambling habits, you can self-exclude by setting up a definite or an indefinite lock. Both work in a slightly different way:
- Definite lock – is a temporary locking of your account of either one day, one week, four weeks, six weeks, or six months. If you choose this option, your account will automatically reopen after this period, or it can be reopened on request after a 24-hour cooling off period.
- Indefinite lock – closes your account for an indefinite amount of time. During this period, your account will only reopen if you request that we unlock it. Once you request your account to be reopened, there will be a cooling off period of seven days before you are able to access it. This option is designed as a self-protection mechanism for those concerned about their gambling.
Find out more about setting gaming limits and responsible gaming on our responsible gaming page, or in section 10 of our terms and conditions page.
Please note: if you request a definite or an indefinite lock, only your account at Royal Panda is closed, your accounts at our sister sites do not automatically close. Therefore, please ensure you visit other operators’ websites to close your accounts with them.
